Koydo Art Studio collects the minimum account, gallery, billing, diagnostic, and creation data needed to provide a parent-controlled creative app for children and families.

Data We Collect

• Parent account information, authentication records, and child profile identifiers
• Saved artwork, gallery thumbnails, tracing progress, sync status, and 3D credit state
• Device, crash, security, and performance diagnostics
• Subscription, receipt, refund, and entitlement records for parent purchases

How We Use Data

We use this data to operate the studio, save and sync artwork, keep family accounts secure, process parent purchases, provide support, improve reliability, and suggest age-appropriate creative activities. We do not use child data for behavioral advertising.

Data Sharing

We do not sell child or family personal data. We share data only with service providers needed for hosting, authentication, storage, billing, app-store entitlement management, diagnostics, support, and requested creation processing.

Children & COPPA

Art Studio is designed for families and may be used by children. Child profiles stay under parent-controlled accounts. Parent approval is required before account-linked child data is used for saved artwork, sync, AI creation tools, or other personal-data features beyond what is needed for security and basic service operation.

Parent Rights and Data Requests

Parents can request access, correction, deletion, portability, or revocation of consent for account-linked child data by emailing privacy@koydo.app. We may retain limited records where required for security, fraud prevention, tax, billing, chargeback, or legal obligations.
