My drawing did not save
- 1Keep the app open for a moment after saving so the local gallery can finish writing.
- 2Reconnect to the internet and reopen Gallery to let cloud sync catch up.
- 3If the artwork is still missing, email the account address and approximate save time to support.
Camera, mic, or photo library will not open
- 1Open device Settings, then Privacy, then enable the permission for Koydo Art Studio.
- 2Restart the app after changing permission so the canvas tools can see the new state.
- 3The studio still works without these permissions; photo tracing, voice canvas, and camera color pick will stay unavailable.
Can my child create offline?
- 1Free draw and letter tracing work offline.
- 2Coloring scenes work offline after the scene has downloaded once.
- 3AI coloring pages, cloud sync, parent approval, and 3D model processing need a connection.
How do I unlock more creation tools?
- 1Plus unlocks unlimited saves, the larger coloring library, brushes, textures, and monthly AI coloring pages.
- 2Pro adds higher AI limits, photo-to-coloring workflows, cross-device sync, and multi-kid profiles.
- 33D model credits are separate one-time packs: one credit turns one drawing into one 3D model.
Subscriptions and receipts
Billing depends on where the purchase happened. Parents should always be able to reach the right cancellation and receipt path without guessing.
