I can't open the camera / mic / photo library

Open the device Settings → Privacy → and confirm Koydo Art Studio has permission for the feature you're trying to use. The app will keep working without these — voice canvas, photo tracing, and camera color pick simply won't be available.

My drawing didn't save

Saves go to local storage first, then sync when you have internet. If a drawing is missing after reinstalling the app, please email support@koydo.app with your account email and the approximate save date — we can usually recover it from the cloud backup.

How do I unlock all 1,015 coloring scenes?

The full coloring library is part of Koydo Premium. Tap any locked scene to start a free trial.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). On iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. On Android: Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions.

Can my child use Art Studio offline?

Yes. Free draw and letter tracing work offline. Coloring scenes download on first use and then work offline. Voice canvas and color-from-camera need on-device permissions but no network.
