By using Koydo Art Studio, you agree to these terms. Parents and legal guardians are responsible for the family account, child profiles, purchases, and consent choices.
Koydo Art Studio provides creative drawing tools, letter tracing, scene coloring, guided creative activities, optional AI-assisted creation tools, and optional drawing-to-3D processing for children and families. The web app supports account, pricing, support, billing, and desktop-friendly studio access; phones and tablets use the native iOS and Android apps where available.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials, passkeys, and security keys secure. Child profiles remain under a parent-controlled account. A child should not create a separate unsupervised billing account or manage provider sign-in credentials.
Installed apps use native or browser-based provider sign-in flows where Google or Apple sign-in is offered. Provider OAuth is not run inside embedded WebViews. Child access from another device uses parent approval with a short request code.
Parents approve account-linked child use, may revoke consent, and may request access, correction, export, or deletion of child profile data by contacting privacy@koydo.app. Art Studio does not include public posting, open stranger chat, follower systems, or behavioral advertising for children.
Paid plans renew automatically until canceled. Web purchases are managed through Koydo billing. iOS and Android purchases are managed through the App Store or Google Play account that completed the purchase. Store terms control where they conflict with direct-web billing language for a store purchase.
3D credits are one-time packs. One credit is used for one submitted 3D generation request. If a generation fails before delivery, the credit should be returned automatically or restored by support after review.
You can cancel a renewing web subscription from the Koydo billing portal at Art Studio billing portal. Mobile subscriptions must be canceled from Apple or Google account settings. Cancellation stops future renewal; access normally continues until the end of the current paid billing period unless a refund, chargeback, platform rule, or legal requirement changes that outcome.
Koydo tools, templates, prompts, interface design, characters, and platform content belong to Koydo or its licensors. Artwork created by users belongs to the family account that created it. You give Koydo a limited license to store, display, process, sync, transform, and provide that artwork back to you inside Art Studio and support workflows.
Do not upload or generate content that is illegal, unsafe, sexually explicit, hateful, harassing, infringing, or inappropriate for a child-directed creative product. We may remove content or restrict access when needed for safety, rights protection, platform compliance, or legal obligations.
Optional AI coloring, photo-to-coloring, and 3D creation features may process a drawing, prompt, image, or related metadata to return the requested creative output. These tools are not a substitute for adult supervision, professional education, therapy, or safety review. Parents should review generated outputs before sharing or using them outside the family account.

For support, receipts, refund review, missing artwork, or account access help, contact support@koydo.app. Include the parent account email, device type, purchase channel, and approximate time of the issue. We aim to reply within one business day.
Koydo provides Art Studio as a creative companion for families. We work to keep it safe, reliable, and available, but we do not promise uninterrupted service, error-free outputs, or that every device, store, network, or processing provider will always be available. To the extent permitted by law, Koydo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
